Putty Powder Paper Valve Bag

The  putty powder paper valve bag is a pasted multi-wall kraft paper sack with an integrated valve on one corner, specially engineered for putty powder, skim coat and tile adhesive packaging. It combines 3 layers of high-strength kraft paper with an inner PE film liner, so the bag keeps strong tensile and drop resistance while the liner blocks moisture from reaching the powder inside — a key requirement for wall putty stored in humid warehouses or shipped in long-distance sea containers .

During filling, the valve sleeve fits over the filling nozzle and closes automatically under product pressure after filling, so no stitching or heat sealing is needed on the packing line. Micro-perforations on the paper allow the air inside to escape quickly, which improves filling speed and keeps the workshop dust-free. Compared with open-mouth bags, the pasted square-bottom structure makes each filled bag stand upright and stable on the pallet, improving loading efficiency and pallet appearance.
